Led by La Yuma Cuban Dance and Ethan Wagner, this exciting community event invites dancers of all levels to come together for a massive rueda celebration in one of New York City's most iconic locations. Whether you're joining the circle or watching from the sidelines, the energy, music, and spirit of Cuban dance will be impossible to miss.
Come be part of this unforgettable moment as we share our passion for dance with the city.
Please note: This is a pop-up community dance experience taking place in a public space. The flashmob will be brief, allowing us to share the joy of Cuban dance with the city while respecting the guidelines of the venue and surrounding area.

Before the social dancing begins, join us for Rumba Abierta, an interactive celebration of one of Cuba's most important cultural traditions.
Featuring live drummers, singers, and dancers, this open rumba invites everyone to participate, whether through dance, song, or simply experiencing the energy of the circle. More than a performance, rumba is a living tradition built on community, improvisation, and connection.
Starting at 10:00 PM in the Cuban Room, Rumba Abierta is the perfect way to honor the roots of Afro-Cuban culture before an evening of social dancing continues into the night.

Inspired by the theme "La Vida es Un Carnaval," this celebration is all about joy, color, and the spirit of community that brings us together through music and dance.
As the final night of Baila NY unfolds, dancers from around the world will gather one last time to create unforgettable memories on the dance floor.
